Justice Department ‘Looking Into’ Hillary Clinton’s Emails— Again
Daily Beast ^ | 1/4/2018 | Betsy Woodroof

It’s the most scrutinized email server of all time. But the president is demanding it get scrutinized again. And DOJ is taking a fresh look.

Justice Department officials are taking a fresh look at Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she served as secretary of State, The Daily Beast has learned.

An ally of Attorney General Jeff Sessions who is familiar with the thinking at the Justice Department’s Washington headquarters described it as an effort to gather new details on how Clinton and her aides handled classified material. Officials’ questions include how much classified information was sent over Clinton’s server; who put that information into an unclassified environment, and how; and which investigators knew about these matters and when. The Sessions ally also said officials have questions about immunity agreements that Clinton aides may have made.

A former senior DOJ official familiar with department leadership’s thinking said officials there are acutely aware of demands from President Donald Trump that they look into Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of State—and that they lock up her top aide, Huma Abedin.

“Most scrutinized email server in history”. So far as I know, it has yet to be examined by the FBI or anybody other than a private consultant hired by Clinton, who then supplied information to the feds at second-hand.

Is whoever is “looking” into the emails an honest investigator who will recommend the filing of charges based on the evidence, and let the chips fall where they may? Or, is it possible that another hack will find that Queen Hillary was careless?

Several layers of management at the DOJ and FBI must be forcibly removed from office, IMHO.

Sessions is recused from any Hillary email investigation.

That leaves Rod Barsoomian Rosenstein in charge of it. Rosenstein's wife, Lisa Barsoomian has Hillary Clinton ties. She and the law firm that she works for have done lots of work for the Clintons, Obama and others in the Deep State.

There is no justice when a submariner gets a year long prison sentence for taking pictures of his bunk in a sub to send to his girlfriend, and turns himself in when he learns that he broke a rule. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton destroys 33,000 government emails from her illegal server, destroys her phone with a hammer, and bleach bits her hard drive, and she gets to run for president. Lock her, and Huma, and Cheryl up!!!

Yet another illustration of the stupidity of Recusie Sessions. Stupidity hurts and stupid Sessions must pay, sooner rather than later.

“Brian Fallon, formerly a spokesperson for the Justice Department and Clinton’s presidential campaign, said he suspects DOJ officials are engaging in perfunctory steps “to give Trump and his allies something to talk about and point to, and something to give Fox News to devote segments to.””

Justice Department ‘Looking Into’ Hillary Clinton’s Emails— Again

It might be "again", but its different. Weiner's laptop contained Huma's classified emails months after she and Cheryl Mills testified they didn't know about the private server.

Since they both lied under oath, the immunity granted then is now in question.

Probably the IT aide who was granted immunity after
lying to the FBI.

I read the daily beast article, and it never says Sessions has reopened the case. Just says what we heard months ago, that he told “career prosecutors” to look into it. That doesn’t mean squat.

Sessions delgates to swamp creatures and defers to their judgement. Gee, isn’t that what Lynch and Comey kind of did? He’s no leader, and regularly gets rolled by the swamp. Satrting with the recusal play, when he played his part.

He needs to go.

There already is more than enough evidence to charge Hillary. Just get rid of Comey's bogus requirement that proving intent was necessary. Intent is not mentioned in subsection (f) of the law in question. And gross negligence is the threshold to be met in that subsection, and the first FBI analysis of her actions described it so before being altered for political reasons.

So all they have to do is get rid of the extra-legal meddling and get things hopping.
