Definitely not for this, but with all the finger pointing at vaccines as the cause of the explosion of autism, I’m convinced that it’s due to the increased use of antidepressants in women. Smoking pot while pregnant is another way to screw up your kid.
I can name ten things that the DOJ SHOULD be doing within the Swamp and rest of the USA. It's not hard at all.
I wish we could do polls here, such as, do you favor marijuana legalization, yes or no. Then, have comments on that subject.
I get the feeling many here have the libertarian view of marijuana.

I’m not sure what business the US Government has in deciding what drugs I can or can’t take, but, if it is a Federal Law it should be the same everywhere.
California and New York voted for a different president than say Michigan. If the California State house now passes a law that says they don’t recognize President Trump it is meaning-less. The same with drug laws that go against the federal laws.
Initially, and truthfully still now, I believe marijuana should follow under state mandate - as the founding fathers would have most likely advised.
However, what is never talked about is the testosterone reducing effects of marijuana.

Make no mistake, Marijuana reduces circulating DHT, growth hormone, and testosterone levels, as well as hinders thyroid function.
This is why it is also an effective cancer treatment.
In vitro experiments with THC show an antagonizing effect with LnCap cells in the prostate, and thus show promise for BPH - as is expected with these reductions.
That being said, sperm count and test. levels of males have dropped SIGNIFICANTLY from 1985 and are showing absolutely no indication of stopping or reversing. For this reason alone, and a man, I cannot promote it’s use.

(Loretta Lynch never recused herself and she was actually guilty, if not a criminal act, at the very lease an ethical breach.)

I’m not buying that. I don’t use marijuana but I know quite a few people who get relief from various illnesses from migraines to cancer, pain, nausea, and much more.
I believe that big pharma is behind this because they wouldn’t be able to patent the drug and sell it for three figures a pill like they do with other patent drugs. The ability of ordinary folks to grow cannabis in their backyard would cost the drug manufacturers billions.
So, they use their influence (and money) to buy the cooperation of congress to ban the killer weed and get rid of private competition. Tell me I’m wrong.

It’s that pesky concept called “freedom”. If tobacco and alcohol are legal, marijuana should be as well. It’s less problematic than either.
Try Tramadol, and oxy for bone cancer. Or, I can eat MJ edibles and sleep at night pain free. Which is worse? The one manufactured for a huge profit and addiction. I smoked pot until 1976 when my first child was born. I am now using it to control pain while remaining happy and really unaffected like pain drugs do me. Either doze off, barely able to stand without being dizzy on pills or take a little bit of THC edibles.

Agree 100% with your post. I don’t smoke pot, but it’s insane that I can go to the liquor store & fill up my car with alcohol but people cannot smokes weed.
We have roads & bridges falling apart all over & our tax dollars go to this??????

I hate my state and the sanctuary policies, but marijuana SHOULD rightly be left to the states.
How is using a certain herb or medicine a federal issue? Conservative to me means conservatively following the constitution. I want freedom for all, whenever possible. People don’t have to please me with their lifestyle.

My view is pretty simple if the state says yes, then the 10th amendment says the feds stay out.
