We live a “Progressive” country, where government must be a benefactor to everyone. Government should be seen as “helping” everyone - homeowners, minorities, women, pensioners, the sick, the poor, the young.
Its all paid for with massive debt, in our printed, fiat, currency with manipulated interest rates. The Federal Reserve is the foundation of our Progressive Government.
Including home owners is quite absurd :)
It’s spurs tremendous growth.
And it’s the reason half the people that buy houses buy them, including me.
