As I understand it, the UN budget, not our contribution, was decreased by $285m. Of course, our contribution will be reduced as a result, but it won’t be the whole $285m. That said, it’s a good start.

Yes it will. The only reason the UN budget was decreased was because we said, we 'ain't pay'en' $285M.
