The problem is that the Founding Fathers never,in a million years,dreamed that foreigners would violate our citizenship/residency laws.And even worse they never dreamed that any politician would tolerate such crimes.

And so,today,I give you the Rat Party!

The Founding Fathers gave us the Amendment process to solve the problems they could not foresee.
