Acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Thomas Homan said California "better hold on tight" after its liberal Democratic governor allowed a sanctuary state law to take effect this week.
Neil Cavuto said that Gov. Jerry Brown claimed the law will protect illegal immigrants living quietly in the shadows of society from law enforcement intent on "yanking them out of there."
"I think it's terrible," Homan said, adding that Brown's action put politics in front of public safety.

How much is this d### waving contest going to cost? I wish ICE would pull out of CA and wait at the state lines.
I want to see some high visibility office holders arrested and charged with sedition, or whatever else applies.

For what the man has contributed to the state, ten years would be too short a price to pay > IMO.
That’s exactly what Moonbeam deserves in my view.
Since Republicans have a majority in the legislature what about a bill assessing a significant fine for each alien the state or municipality harbors. If it is a recurring issue evidencing continuous intent let the fine advance to an exorbitant level.
Anybody who knowingly harbors an illegal alien is subject to severe penalties, up to and including DEATH.

In my view the governor has been given enough rope to hang himself. he signed a seditious law and is guilty as are officials in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Te feds should be able to round up at least a hundred or so aat 4:45 one morning.
Round up every illegal,mexican and deport them all.

When does the Federal government start arresting officials of California for obstruction of justice?
Still trying to understand why it was not OK for Arizona to help enforce Federal immigration law (Obama and the libs stopped them in court), but it is perfectly OK for CA to defy federal law when it comes to immigration.....I’m all for states rights, but states shouldn’t be able to endanger national security just because they don’t like federal law.
Put Border Patrol checkpoints on all roads out of California! Let illegal aliens relocate to California to make it easier to contain the infestation and round them up for deporting.
