Mueller cannot indict Trump. What he can do is prepare articles of impeachment and deliver them to Ryan. They will be about things like the transition team trying to influence the UN vote on Russian sanctions, obstruction of justice for firing Comey and perhaps other process crimes for those surrounding Trump. I would also not be at all surprised if they dredge up some other personal matter about Trump or his business to damage his political viability.
If they were the Duke and the King in Huckleberry Finn, they’d be gone down the river already. But since they’re the New York Times, they’ll put on yet another playing of the Royal Nonsuch until they’re tarred and feathered and rode out of town on a rail.

There is no reason to believe anything other than the FBI fabricated evidence for a FISA warrant. But they still pretend that somehow there is credible information in the FISA warrant.

Everything goes back to the dossier. I can’t see any surveillance carried out with that as cause being upheld in court. Its bogus. I could make up a like dossier about anyone.
