In the United States, nobody is supposed to be above the law, and that includes our elected officials. If top politicians are permitted to break the law over and over again and get away with it, that sends an absolutely terrible message to everyone else in our society, and it threatens the legitimacy of our entire system of justice. Hillary Clinton has been caught red-handed mishandling classified documents, it appears that she greatly betrayed our nation during the Uranium One deal, evidence has emerged that she has committed gross violations of campaign finance law, and the very deep corruption at the Clinton Foundation is well known. Hillary Clinton needs to be prosecuted and sent to prison, and as a member of Congress I will do whatever I can to help make that happen.
Let’s start by discussing Hillary’s mishandling of classified documents. According to Fox News, there were classified documents among the 2,800 work-related emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop that the State Department released on Friday, and this is fresh evidence that Hillary Clinton broke the law…

At least four of the documents released Friday are marked “classified.”
As we have seen in so many other cases of this nature, it does not matter if Hillary Clinton intended to mishandle classified documents or not.
All that matters is that she did so, and we have very clear evidence that she did. As Bernard B. Kerik has pointed out, anyone else in the federal government that did what Clinton did would definitely be prosecuted…

Of all the many crimes she (and her crime syndicate) have committed, the worst was trading money for favors with other nations while she was Secretary of State.
In order to prosecute any of the hundreds of crimes committed during the Kenyaneisan Usurpation one first must find some one who was not complicit in that treason.
First of all, it was only four emails. /S And second, Huma did everything. Actually, I believe that’s true. She did everything for Hillary except speak in public. She even spoke on her behalf to foreign leaders.
Chelsea Clinton needs to be in the cell between Hillary and Huma Abedin.
We know she’s guilty.
Everyone knows she’s guilty.
Any possible jury she could draw would know she’s guilty.
And they still would not convict her.

REFERENCE-—The Australian newspaper the “Herald Sun” ran an October article entitled, “Why have we donated to Clinton’s foundation?” The paper noted “Former Prime Minister Gillard donated $300 million of our money to the Clinton-affiliated Global Partnership for Education.”
That’s one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons. The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper-—to determine if any of that money took a circuitous route then landed back into the personal coffers of the donors. Could have happened like this:

Funds passing through Billybooboo’s WJC LLC could end up in: (a) offshore accounts, (b) money market accounts, (c) hedge funds, (d) another foundation account, (e) assorted investment accounts....without garnering public scrutiny.
She violated the oath of office and became that which she swore to defend against. People forget and take oaths lightly, but the oath taken to enter the service or as an elected/appointed/confirmed official IS NEVER UNTAKEN!
Until she does, we have absolute proof that our justice system is a joke.

Instead, what we have is this sucky 2-tier system: one for the so-called “elites” allowing them to literally get away with cold-blooded murder and one for the “unwashed masses” where the slightest infraction results in fines, jail time, etc..

Could Sessions reluctance to investigate the Clintonistas be due to the tradition of not prosecuting former Presidents? I know Hillary wasn’t a president but close. Sessions is old school. The only other reason I can think of for sessions not investigating is that someone has something on him. Kiddie porn? Love child? Overdue library book? Who knows.
On the other hand maybe Sessions is just waiting for the IG report and has a little more house cleaning of Obama holdovers. He won’t touch Rosenstein or Mueller but pretty much everybody else has been fair game.
