Agree. And if court systems fail the people, the people have to take matters into their own hands. This animal needs to be exterminated.

I am an avid supporter of expedited trial and mandatory execution of anyone caught in the act of killing another person, except in cases of self-defense. Expedited means a time frame of not more than 10 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
