Bingo. But some people will tell you that the jails are too full as it is. There is no room for mere pranksters.
So maybe Singapore has it right. If you commit a major crime, off to jail you go. And if you commit a minor crime, it’s twenty lashes with the cane. Either way, the state has got your attention.
