Marco has a lot of socialist blood in his roots.
As long as Congress critters aren't cutting entire programs, agencies, and departments along with ending the government employees union BS they're just pissing in the wind.
Rubio and his ilk are dedicated to the same old "them against us" trash the democrat machine has relied on generations.
The fact of the matter is, Corporations didn't get "too much", it's just that working folks got too little because the RINOs in charge of Congress don't have any intention of actually reducing the size of government.
Therefore, "revenue neutral", rather than something that actually starts to reign in the bloated, wasteful, overreaching, corrupt, putrid, Federal government RINOs have helped build.
