What are “teens” going to do for fun after they have forced every mall in the US to go out of business? Will they move into popular tourist areas and assault tourists like in Baltimore?

Most tourist centers in Florida solve the problem of thugs by charging money to come into the park. Once in, rides are free.
Last time I was at Disney tickets were running close to a hundred for a day. Northern Centers should do the same. Change to get in - then make the rides free.
