I’d have to say, of all the local malls, KOP seems to be the most orderly. They also seem to have a pretty pervasive and obvious security force, along with an actual police presence.
Seems someone is protecting their investment. That said, it’s a good 30-minute ride from Philly, not on any close train lines, and not adjacent to any particularly bad towns.
And getting to it on foot means crossing some major 8 lane highway traffic. Another excellent deterrent no doubt.
