Total Colorado Front Range Population (where the tunnel will be): 4,800,000

And then what do you do for local transportation once you’ve zoomed from Pueblo to Cheyenne? Uber? Bicycles? Horses?

Get a map. Note the location of Denver relative to Cheyenne and Pueblo.
