Thank you sir. I’m certainly not a leftist, but I have a number of Leftist friends on Twitter. They know what I am and I know what they promote.
Some of them are also critical of the Looney Left.
I have reservations about most “academics” but the reasonable ones can surprise you what they admit to.
Liberalism as represented by Hubert Humprey, Truman and others is virtually destroyed in the Democrat party. They have been taken over by progressive - read Marxist - leftists who ave no relation to traditional liberalism.
There are a few stalwart souls who remain steadfast liberal. This is one such intellectual worth her salt.
Jackson has stepped in it deep with her and will probably be destroyed. Liberals have had all they can bear with her and the leadership of the party. When Trump brings hell down on the progressives it will be her and other bona fide liberals who will step up and reclaim the democrat party.
