The FBI maintains the national background check system for gun licensing and sales. But, the cities contend, the Department of Defense has failed to report "significant numbers of disqualifying records" to the FBI for decades.

Three sanctuary cities are suing the defense department for gun records.
If the feds were looking for an illegal immigrant suspected of smuggling guns would the cities cooperate?

Will they sue Holder and Obuma for fast and furious? Now that was a real crime that included dead bodies and drug cartels.
