I have espoused your parenthetical comment since the primaries but I don’t think even he can save the country, at least not the Republic as the Founders created and of which we dream. He has bought us a hiatus in the march toward and over the cliff. Our mass education system is the tsunami that will roll over the Republic. He has put off the inevitable, perhaps past my own term. Reforming the schools cannot happen in less than fifty years. We don’t have 50 years.

January 12—the DOJ IG Horowitz starts to release his pile of investigations of the FBI to Goodlatte. It will show that the FBI, Hillary,DNC, and Russia colluded to present fake FISA warrant to spy on Trump’s campaign. Every member of Mueller’s team is in deep trouble. It will be interesting watching liberals like your relatives deal with actual arrests.

I only have 69 Facebook friends because even though some of my acquaintances consider themselves friends, if they are liberals they aren’t on my list. I refuse to have liberal ‘friends’. I’m extremely picky about who makes the list. They have to be conservative family, or friends I actually know (former co-workers, etc.) My security settings are set extremely high. :-) I do have some that started out as online friends from forums but I have actually met them in person at some point in time.
I have distanced myself from one friend I had since I was a teen due to political views— before Trump even ran from office. She insisted people makes the world worse. Yes, one of those. That people don’t deserve to live more than any other ‘creature’. Sheesh.
I also lost a whole circle of friends many years ago by my own decision. I noticed they all were voting only to keep Abortion Legal. That is when I seriously started evaluating ‘friends’. My whole outlook changed.
I have always been a bit of a loner. And even though I didn’t always agree with everyone. I was able to brush stuff of easier before I became more knowledgeable in certain things. I used to be too busy with work or school to care about what others thought. And some of my small circle of friends /acquaintances have passed on, moved away, etc. For yeas I Even dated a progressive professor who called himself a libertarian. It only lasted as long as it did because he didn’t push me to agree with him. And we lived in different states (laf). I had to end that because I knew that would never work.
I may be more of a loner. But I am certainly happier!!!

It’s because liberals are closed minded bigots who are afraid of being exposed to ideas different then the ones they hold.
I have gotten rid of several friends and family members because they’re such dumbed down liberals. I like my life better now without the stress. Meanwhile, we are who we are by how we vote.

They are not “open minded liberals”. Their policies align with the Nazi’s. Their tactics are from that play book. They have no problem shunning you from their world and hurting you financially due to you not being aligned with them. That is not enlightened, that is the way the Godless behave. They hate God. They’re hateful bigots. Their lack of an ethics system is showing. The end justifies the means, by any means necessary.
