Trump is not like any other administration. I believe Trump would rather give people a chance and fire those who demonstrate they're a risk or can't or will not do the job. Trump is the outsider, he had to find out on his own.
You're correct, in retrospect, this is a good thing because he's clearly demonstrated just how deep and widespread government corruption is.
For example, who would have ever believed big media, the Democrats and the FBI conspired to frame the President of the United States and were attempting to throw the election in favor of the Democrats!

It seems to me unprecedented. Obama planted moles and stay-behinds all over every Alphabet agency, department, etc.
And appears to have tasked them with wrecking Trump’s every move so that the Dems could portray him as a failure and regain the White House in 2020.
They want their little Bolshevik 2.0 reboot to succeed, after he took it as far as he did.
Personally, I hope Trump sees fit to prosecute as many of these seditious piles of crap as possible.
