I don’t get that popup screen. I used to get those on windows but I use linux now. Usually, it means you have malware. I run kubuntu with palemoon browser with ublock ad blocker and Yes Script javascript blocker.
Safari on an iPad for me...no such problems. It looked like an immediate redirect not a pop up.
