One funny thing occurred. I mentioned how years ago I told the story of the Washington state rail program at a presentation to legislators in the language of the King James Bible. I quoted one of my lines, and the retired minister identified it as being from the Book of Psalms.
"Actually, it's Isaiah 51," I answered.
It's not every day that an atheist gets to correct an ordained minister on a biblical quote. (I'm such a little devil! I'll burn in heck for that!)
Naughty You!
I would love to read the Story about the Railroad (I’m pretty good at King James English! LOL!)
Hey...I finished Atlas Shrugged and your book and started rereading another one of my favorite books from my childhood...
The Brothers Karamazov! Haven’t read it since the ninth grade...time to revisit.
(I like BIG FAT BOOKS!)
Good evening, Publius....so happy you had such a good time with new friends.
That was kind of like me finding the error in the end notes of Anna Karenina!
Glad you had a good time with your boss and their company!
You did zing him a good one! :)
