They have no self respect.......further they see actual toilet areas as disease infected areas so they don’t like to use them.

When you consider the size of their populations you’d think septic systems would be a priority........but then they have to pay to maintain them of course.

BTW We’re not exactly the cleanest people when using rest rooms here.....no matter how they’re kept people trash them without a thought.

Denver seems to be a much less desirable destination now than it used to be.

Urban sprawl will do that to a municipality.

Oh, for the days of the Unsinkable Molly Brown.

Indeed, open toilets makes it so people can expose their genitalia to the public — which is rightfully classified in any civilized society as a sex offense.

[I remember being in downtown DC and a street wino whipped out his wanger and started pissing in broad daylight — within feet of two little girls. Fortunately for me, I was able to resist kicking him in the ass. I would have been the one put in jail, not him.]

Nay, the solution is to remove people from the streets who cannot control their behavior. They need treatment, supervision, health care. And the public needs to be protected.

......”the solution is to remove people from the streets who cannot control their behavior. They need treatment, supervision, health care”.....

That won’t happen there....as long as the people want to stay on the streets. A lot do.

See post #34

People who demonstrate that they cannot control themselves and can only survive by stealing, begging and scavenging should be involuntarily committed. It doesn’t matter what they freaking want.

The status quo is we wait until they commit a crime, then they get treatment. Otherwise, they remain on the street, a burden to society.

BTW We’re not exactly the cleanest people when using rest rooms here.....no matter how they’re kept people trash them without a thought.

Causes of that might include:

* low-flow toilets that don't clear all matter on the first flush
* high-tech optical sensor toilets that are supposedly self-flushing, so people are trained to not operate any toilet, self-flushing or not
* high-tech optical sensor faucets that don't always operate, so people don't bother using faucets at all
* high-tech optical sensor paper towel dispensers that don't always operate, so people don't bother using paper towels at all
* high-tech air-blower hand dryers that don't offer the option of dispensing an actual paper towel that can be useful in grabbing the dirty handle of the restroom door to prevent infection from people who don't bother with basic sanitary procedures
* huge spools of toilet paper rolls that pop out of the massive shielded dispenser and end up on the floor
* people who assume the toilet seat is already dirty and decide to lift it with a shoe or rather than sit on it, squat on it with their full weight
* the general lack of civility and consideration for the comfort of other people

etc.

“The solution is to make ANY contact with the police or Courts deportable offenses.”

That’s the current law, but it is not always enforced by local, state and federal law agencies.

However, I’m not sure how you plan to distinguish a pile of poop on a sidewalk by a citizen from a pile of poop on a sidewalk by an illegal alien.

It is not enforced anywhere, then.

And I seriously doubt that the cops are analyzing excreta to determine guilt, c’mon. The offenders are caught in the act.

You commit a crime and the police determine your citizen status. If you so much as get a traffic ticket and are found to be illegal, you get deported.

Everything about our society is decaying along with the trash that the left insist be grown and imported.

I had a friend in Boston that did the same thing. Unfortunately a woman with a kid was walking by, saw him and dialled 911.

He is now a level 3 registered sex offender.

The headline doesn’t use the word “decriminalize.” The headline reads:”It is Now Legal to Defecate and Urinate on Denver Sidewalks! What???”

Like I said, grossly misleading.

In all my travels, India places first in the dirtiest, foulest, unhealthy category. The filth is absurd and everywhere.

I’ll bet most people who trash public facilities are members of the RAT party.
Take a look at what trash is left after a RAT rally compared to a Tea Party rally.
