The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Friday that part of President Trump's third attempt at a travel ban should be blocked.
The ruling, however, will not take effect pending review by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The White House's third attempt at the travel ban targeted foreigners from six Muslim-majority countries, Venezuela, and North Korea.
Rather than take apart the entire ban, however, three members of the 9th Circuit ruled that only the prohibitions on "foreign nationals who have a bona fide relationship" within the United States should be stopped.
The dispute will not return to the Supreme Court until after a ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit in Richmond, Va.
Recess appointments and swamp the voting bloc at the Ninth Circus.
Jail for judges who usurp USConstitutional authority.
Jail for judges who rule outside of actual law.
Jail for judges who legislate from the bench.
Ignore it. They have been chastised by the Supreme Court already f*** them.
I would prefer to see Congress impeach those judges.
Both would only satisfy me.
How did the 9the get this?
How does the ninth override the Supreme Court?
Ignore it. They have been chastised by the Supreme Court already f*** them.

this!!
IDK I thought this was settled!
Constitution? What constitution?
I think they should be picked up by the military and shipped to Gitmo.
That would be a ... YES!!!
Congress could slam this nonsense shut, but they are afraid of what the New York Times would say.
Perhaps the ninth could be held in contempt of the Supreme Court.
Congress continues to fail in doing its duty of overseeing and bringing to task out of control judges.
Not a rhetorical question:
Doesn’t the Supreme Court hold any authority over the various circuit courts? i.e.: can’t the SCOTUS just inform the lower courts that a matter is ‘settled law’ and therefore off-limits for further consideration?
Does not matter. USSC already told them so. Donald, keep moving on the ban.
That’s what I was wondering.
