I’d say there was reasonable suspicion that she was armed, and other reports from witnesses claim she was at some point.
At the very least she was a fleeing felony suspect that had multiple opportunities to avoid being shot.
Does that justify a 6 year old boy being shot and killed in his home - 3 days before Christmas no less - by a stray round from one of the Sheriff’s guns?
