Baltimore Ravens team president Dick Cass sent a letter to season-ticket holders, suite holders, and sponsors about the noticeable dip in attendance at games this season, and cited the teams protest during the national anthem as one reason.
"The numbers [of no-shows] are higher, and it is noticeable," Cass wrote. "There are a number of reasons for the no-shows, but surely the one-time protest in London has been a factor."
[Snip]
The NFL's ratings have fallen by nearly 20 percent since players started protesting during the national anthem two years ago.

Cass: "We have responded to your concerns about the protest by re-doubling the efforts of both the organization and our players to make the Baltimore area a better community ... we have also reached out to a number of you who wrote or called about the protest ... I personally made a number of phone calls and met with some of you."
Translation: We did the typical Libtard things ... we stomped our feet, wrung our hands and peed out pants ... and it's not working!
Nevermore.
The NFL is circuses where the clowns wear numbers on their shirts.
The really interesting number to see will be how much the sale of NFL gear has declined this year. What real American would wear that overpriced trash in public anymore?
What the Ravens and Saints did in London ended NFL football for me.
To Hell with them both and everyone else in that league of morons.
Imagine that. I can’t tell you how much my heart bleeds
it’s that small.
Ya think?
Really, you’re kidding.
Didn’t a guy that likes pizza lose his job for saying as much?
They still do not get it. Fans do not want to watch a game and reflect on the good that the team does, if any. We want to watch the game FOR THE GAME. No distractions, no pink for teat cancer month, or reminders that colored folks and libs hate America and will never join in common cause in this experiment in self rule. Players JUST SHUT UP and play ball.
These are the same Ravens who had a team kneel in London. You disrespect our nation while in a foreign country, you get what you get. Losers.
I’m actually glad. I live near Baltimore and am not a football fan. It’s like a state religion around here.
I know the NFL has been hurt by this, but the later in the season it gets the less people show up anyway (especially if their team sucks, but the cold alone is enough).
I agree!! To stand for the anthem of another country and knee for the anthem of their own country. In addition, to stand during the anthem for a country that has a FAR LONGER history of oppression than the United States. Just look at how recently India and Kenya gained their independence from Great Britain and the oppression that occurred prior to that.
Excellent
One of the first rules of any business is to make sure you know and understand your customers.

Let me see if I understand him.
He is trying to appease the furious fans by caving to the demands of his ungrateful thugs that spit in the face of the fans.
Ya dont say. Big if true.
Jimmy cracked corn and I dont care.
It’s intresting how devoted leftist are supressing that protesting the national anthem hurts the NFL. The founder of Popa Johns was just fired for saying it.
Leftists are liars to their core and punish those who speak the truth.
If the NFL wants me to cheer for them all they need to do is shoot themselves in the head. Until then, nothing.
