I know this issue (the enabling) was never raised about the accusers; that’s a great point about how this could only balloon AFTER Hillary lost - in part because of BJ’s crimes, and in part to smear Trump with it.

My suggestions are just that... suggestions. It's the courts that will have to deal with this issue. Someone has to start the process.
Tavis Smiley is fighting back - he needs to take PBS to court - and NOT SETTLE. That's how law is made. Create a precedent. Our side needs to do this... liberal elites won't bother because they can afford to pay people off and they don't give a damn about the little people - men or women. Innocent or guilty. Four years is a long time for a person to make a formal complaint... the courts can decide on the exact time. It can't be 'forever'. A women can NOT destroy a man based on his actions when he was seventeen - - fifty years later.

That’s very true, and its even worse: The thoughts of the “victims” alone are considered violence. For instance, an affirmative action student’s insecurity about being the only illiterate in his college class, or some fat girl’s self-hatred of her own appearance, automatically judges anyone surrounding them to be “guilty” of something - anything.
