He had no intention of helping it. As an Austrian Socialist, he was there to kill it. He succeeded.

Foreign politicians from Austria don’t exactly have a great track record.

It would be wonderful if people could take time to visit those in assisted living and nursing homes. So few people do visit.

The saddest story I ever heard was about a woman who was taken to a nursing home by her son. He promised to return to have dinner with her that night. He never returned that night or any time after that.

Was just explaining this to someone a few minutes ago.

When this type of format was introduced on the ballot a few years back, the Republican party didn’t even whimper in objection.

The leadership just doesn’t give a damn.

If this had passed and was working out in our favor, the Left would have filed suit to get relief.

Well, the Republican leadership hasn’t.

Why even have a pretend party in the state any longer? The Republican party should just disband, then move on to another state they want to surrender.

Folks, you want to know why California is this bad. Here’s yet another reason.

We effectively have a one party state.

Arkansas under Clinton anyone...

It never ends well.

Yes. And Dr. Strangecrotch was more than happy to support the Butcheress of Benghazi over Donald Trump.

It is wonderful. It is the joy of serving the Living God.

God can send another to act as if he were her son and comfort her in her affliction. There is deep meaning in the scripture where Jesus, dying on the cross, gave the disciple he loved to be a son to His mother, and His mother to be a mother to the disciple He loved.

Where to go or what is the process for getting a suit started by the grass roots?

The idea needs to coalesce into a petition to the court.

Medved actually endorses the concept.

>>>as long as the State Government observes the Bill of Rights and other subordinate U.S. Codes<<<

Therein lies the rub. Everything coming out of Sacramento is Unconstitutional, but as a resident of CA I have no Representation from the Federal Government to protect my Constitutional Rights as an American Citizen and I continue to live under a soft Tyranny.

How can limiting political parties from the ballot be Constitutional? Time for the DOJ to take the state to court for suppressing civil rights.

No political party is excluded from the ballot. All candidates, of all parties, run in the primary. The top two candidates run in the general election. There are some legislative districts where two Republicans make it through the primary. Statewide, it's often (but not always) that two Democrats are on the November ballot.

All People’s Republics have but a single party, so why should we be surprised.

I’m not really the guy to ask.

It seems to me if your party has a sound party foundation (meaning it’s a well recognized party with a significant following), you take the Secretary of State to task for not allowing your candidates due process.

Cutting them off before the general election reduces the state to one party rule, something that should never be allowed.

Ideologies need to compete in the General Election, and not be weeded out before ever getting to it.

Then push it to the SCOTUS. At some point, some judicial body should see the error of one party rule.

The Left would probably still prevail, but at least different ideas would see the light of day in the broader General Election event.

One more reason to see Medved for who he is ideologically.

N O T . O N E . O F . U S

By now he really should have seen the error of his ways on this. Am I shocked he hasn’t? No.

He fools a lot of people claiming to be a Conservative, if he still does. He used to.

California has indeed perfected the one-party state, funded by their particular, short-term historical advantage of massive amounts of printed, fiat, low interest federal reserve notes blowing big bubbles and pooling in a few select areas of their state over the last 3 economic cycles.

I will run the idea by a few of my lawyer clients, see what we can start up. Maybe a class action suit.

It's got to start somewhere, and it won't be the spineless weasels posing currently.
