Makes perfect sense. Issa and Rohrbacher represent the last great Republican strongholds in CA and also one of the wealthiest in CA. Doubtful they’ll lose their seats over this.

Issa won re-election in 2014 with 61% of the vote. He won in 2016 with 51%. Don't think for a moment that he isn't sweating 2018 and what this tax plan is costing his constituents.

Given permission by Ryan. Will pass anyway, so why give their opponents fodder to use against them next year.
