IMO Obama conspired against Israel in that he helped topple governments next to it, to destabilize the area and set the stage for an overthrow of it.

Actually, the Clinton Regime Change Team headed by Stanley Greenberg was busy trying to oust Netanyahu in Israel at the same time he was deposing Mubarak in Egypt.
