Gregg Jarrett: Mueller's allegedly lawless acts have corrupted his probe and demand his removal
Fox ^ | Dec 17, 2017 | Greg Jarrett

Posted on 12/17/2017 2:16:23 PM PST by upchuck

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is accused of acting in complete disregard for the law and must be removed. And so, too, must his entire team.

There is devastating new evidence to suggest that Mueller and his staff of lawyers improperly, if not illegally, obtained tens of thousands of private documents belonging to President-elect Trump's Presidential Transition Team (PTT). The material includes emails, laptops and cell phones used by 13 PTT members.

Critically, a "significant volume of privileged material" was taken by Mueller, according to the Trump transition lawyer, and then used by the special counsel team in its investigation. Mueller's staff apparently admits this egregious violation, which the law strictly forbids.

Under the law, the only remedy is Mueller's dismissal from the case.

Does Mueller control Rosenweasel?

Mueller needs to prove he doesn’t.

If true, how--How did this happen?

Who gave out this information?

Where were Trump's lawyers?

Bad idea.

Would be seen as a bribe.

Mueller’s corruption has insured that nothing will come of this “investigation”.

It’s just like Mueller’s offers of immunity to bribe targets of his investigation.

Totally legal.

It’s time to shut down this collusionist fiasco. Have Spielberg, Hanks and Streep make a bogusass movie about it and make them donate all of the movie receipts back to the U.S. taxpayers.

But Mueller is not a target.

If the people Mueller is offering deals to, offered him a deal with tangible benefit to him personally, it would also be a bribe.

You have advocated Trump do that.

Not trying to give you a hard time, but doesn’t this make sense to you.

First make Mueller a target, which seems to be an upcoming possibility.

The only hope the dems have for now is for Mueller to be so outrageous that Trump fires him;

and then they will shout “obstruction of justice” (recall Nixon’s firing of the Watergate prosecutors) and demand impeachment.

So, for now, let him roll. He’s really only getting in deeper and deeper, and showing the public how corrupt
the deep state really is.

How does Mueller not profit personally by turning peeps to make stuff up about his real target?

I agree. Right now, the spotlight is on Mueller and his Clintoonie lawyer gestapo.

Not necessary...

If they offered him $50k, it would be of direct benefit to him.

If Trump were to offer Mueller a pardon, it would be seen as an offer of a personal nature to Mueller, based on the assumption Mueller might need it. The intent would still be there.
