Note that the Russians paid attention when they got a terrorist warning.
Compare that to the warning the Russians gave the US about the Tsarnaev brothers who carried out the Boston Marathon bombing.
I was thinking the same thing.
The difference is that the Tsarnaev’s had an ally in the White House.
Our president at that time believed that "the United States can absorb another terror attack." He said that in 2010, the Boston attack happened in 2013.
He said that knowing very well that the flesh and blood, the limbs, the head, the faces that would "absorb" the energy of that attack would not belong to himself, or to members of his family. He knew that it would most likely be white people who would be the absorbers, the fodder, the shrapnel-stoppers.
