Nonsense. Turnout totals are what matter, and they were similar to 2016, minus hundreds of thousands of Republican voters. That was not a cheat, a fraud or a miss-identification. I’m not at all happy about it, but I’m not going to search for a rationale beyond what is the truth.

Those hundreds of thousands of Republicans NOT voting caused Jones to win.

It’s simple logic.

The democrats have all kinds of statistics, rumors and “proof” that Trump colluded with the Russians, and the Russians hacked Hillary, Podesta, the DNC, etc., etc. Do you believe any of it?

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, and an election with a poor turnout is also just a poor turnout.

JMHO, the “Pedophile/Sex Fiend” schtick didn’t have as much to do with the poor turnout as the absolutely disgraceful conduct of the Republican Party toward Moore.

Having to run against the ‘rats and the media and their cohort of uber-wealthy slimeballs is bad enough, the outright opposition, including wildly negative ads and statements from leaders of your own damn political party just makes it a Bridge Too Far.

So, AB...would you agree it was many mid-road Republicans (perhaps more female than male) that didn't think enough of Moore/or disliked his in-your-face conservatism to support him ? The 40 year old sexual charges were believed only by those looking for a reason, imho.

After all, he's not been child molesting for 35 years since, and wasn't then, imho, at a time when younger brides were desirable and commonplace.
