"Over 700 EPA personnel have either retired, quit, or taken voluntary buyouts since Pruitt took over..."

Good start! However, that leaves 15408 - 700 = 14708 to go...

I recommend the remaining EPA employees be sent on "field investigation" missions to place like Alaska or Montana.

The winter is an excellent time of year to begin. They can watch with binoculars from unheated forest huts the migration of bald eagles and their increasing numbers now that the Interior Department is under new management.

EPA work requires field knowledge. There's no way the department's employees should be bound to desk jobs in heated/air conditioned offices. That insults their great passion for sustainable natural life in the great wild.

Let them out in the wilderness they love. No computers or cell phones either because those devices harm the environment. Give them Henry David Thoreau's book Walden to read.

Here's the pic of an ex-Washington EPA department head enjoying the bountiful benefits of life in the forest.
