President Trump on Friday refused to say whether he is considering a pardon for former national security adviser Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty last month to perjury charges and is now said to be cooperating with the special counsel investigation.
"I don't want to talk about pardons for Michael Flynn yet," Trump told reporters shortly before departing the White House to deliver remarks at the FBI National Academy.
"Let's wait and see," he added. "I will say this: when you look at what's gone on with the FBI and this investigation, people are very frustrated."
Flynn turned himself in to federal investigators on Dec. 1, noting at the time that his decision to work with special counsel Robert Mueller was made "in the best interests of my family and of our country."
The former White House aide is the fourth person close to the president to be charged as part of Mueller's ongoing probe into possible collusion between Russian officials and Trump associates.
Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, his deputy Rick Gates, and foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos have also been charged by Mueller.
Trump issued his first presidential pardon for former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in late August. Arpaio, a major supporter of the president's immigration agenda, had been found guilty of contempt of court and was awaiting sentencing at the time of his pardon.
That’s why Mueller is working with corrupt officials in NY State to charge these people with state crimes too. Offensive to the spirit of not the letter of double-jeopardy.
One of the major witnesses against Flynn is Strzok, who conducted the interview in which Flynn allegedly lied. Strzok has now been discredited. When the major witness against you is discredited, the case against you collapses.

IF he pleaded guilty because of false information handed to him or told to him, the plea deal might not stand.
Feds are already having problems with the Bundy trial because of with holding evidence from Defense.
If Mueller built his case against Flynn on a base of sand, it might not hold up.
I don't know what you mean that there are no take backs, but Flynn could file a Motion to Withdraw his plea.
This press is sickening. Who can tell a President not to pardon anyone he wants? Black Hussein Obama pardoned terrorists of every strips. Trump can’t pardon a process crime? I despise this government and its colluding press more every day.
Right...and the headlines could have also read that trump also has not ruled out NOT pardoning Flynn....He just didnt say one way or another, but as usual, they only read his comment one way.
I believe he can get out of it if the government mislead the court.
He could still get pardoned.

Maybe the media prefers Trump pardon real traitors like Marc Rich ( wife purchased his pardon from Clinton on last day of Clinton presidency in return for donation to Clintons and possibly sex) or drug dealing death mongers, like obama chose
The Mueller thing is so screwed up Mueller and his Team might be to only ones going to jail
