A cop that has National Academy status has more to put on their resume. A career enhancement.

Correct. A very strong pro-police speech including calling for the death penalty for cop killers. He also praised the FBI, for those who will try to twist this appearance into something it was not. He was there to honor the local LEOs who just completed their 11 week training at Quantico, nothing more.
The people who attend these exclusive schools made their mark in local PDs sucking up to politicians and generally kissing ass and towing the party line.
