I wonder if Rush still thinks Little Marco is a “full-throated conservative?” That’s what Rush called Rubio during the primary season in 2016.
The only time Rubio has been a “full-throated” anything is when he hooked up with another dude at a foam party.

He is full throated conservative. The problem is he is not one to take action on conservative issues :-). He’s “full action” amnesty and wants a working slave wage class here in the USA for his own greedy needs.
Anyone can talk like a “full throated” conservative. Liberals in purple states do it all of the time. It’s the votes and actions that count.
So, yes, Little Marco is a “Full Throated” conservative :-). In some languages, he’s also called a “Fulluvshite” conservative :-).
