Another layer of irony: Oceania had no rules or laws. Similarly this was pretty much Obama `WeSaySo’ stuff: “We can do anything. There is nothing you can do without our review.”

Do you think Telephone service should also be relieved of their own neutrality laws? If you call to order a pizza but the call kept dropping because your carrier made a deal with a rival pizza place to give them a fast lane. That’s currently illegal under Common Carrier law.
