Temporary prohibition/seizure,in consideration of a pending court case,might be reasonable in some cases.And yes,there are certain people who a rational society would want to be forbidden to have access to firearms for life.

But withdrawing a clearly stated Constitutional right shouldn't be an easy thing...particularly if it's a long term withdrawal.

some are saying it’s just for accusations, not even only for convictions (or pending court cases)- I really hope that’s not the case- and yes- it should be VERY hard for someone to lose a constitutional right- an inalienable right- a God given right such as the right to self protection
