One of Trump’s strongest counterattacks is to call out the double standard regarding Bill Clinton. If women are supposed to be believed, by default, when they make accusations of sexual misconduct, then Senator Gillibrand falls short on the moral authority to complain about Trump when she cheerfully campaigned alongside Bill Clinton, who stands accused of far more serious misdeeds (including forcible rape).

One of Trump’s strongest counterattacks is to call out the double standard regarding Bill Clinton….

That is very true but now that the Clintons are yesterday’s news to the DemonRats, they will willingly throw them under the bus and that process has already started. Then they will be able to say “see… we HAVE purged this out of our party so we ARE justified in coming after Trump.” The fact that the Franken thing played out the way it did is testament to they will use any strategy they can in going after Trump….even it hurts them so badly as in a senator resigning. The fact that they don’t have anything on Trump and the fact that Franken isn’t gone yet (and I predict he may never leave) are almost inconsequential issues to the bigger point of the matter. If nothing else, the Alabama election and its results have just emboldened them with what they are doing and they will take that as their sign to continue down that strategy road. This strategy is based on not just the ‘end justifies the means’… it’s based on "we want this specific end and this is so important that it justifies ANY means". In a sense, the DemonRats have taken a page out of the jihadist’s playbook….it’s not simply a matter of dropping or placing a bomb somewhere…. they are no willingly taking themselves out during execution of the plan if they think that it is going to better advance their bigger picture plan. Anything is possible when you are dealing with a complete crowd of rabies infested puppies….and this is why this can’t end well for anyone. A rabid dog can be dealt with but dealing with a rabid pack is another matter.... and it's certainly not inconsequential to the ones who have to deal with the rabies as a pervasive and widespread disease.
