I get tired of all the Civil War big talk too. No one will do a thing. Well fed people don’t march themselves off to jail because the removal of a government official.
The police would make quick work of anyone who thinks otherwise.

I find Roger Stone rather interesting when he talks about elections past, including the 2016 election. But, I’m well aware of the fact that Stone is quite the alarmist. During the primaries he hyped the theory that Trump wouldn’t be allowed to win the nomination, that it would be stolen from him, and that the dems and their Black Lies Matter crowd was going to turn Cleveland into a war zone. Well, none of that happened, but Stone has never addressed the hysterical theories he was pushing at that time.
Trump aint goin anywhere.

I don't think much of either guy, but I doubt that's true.
Stone was advising Sharpton, but wasn't his campaign manager. He may just have been doing counseling Sharpton in order to spread chaos in the 2004 Democratic primary race.
Left-wing columnists picked up on the connection to discredit Sharpton. I'm not sure that Stone ever wanted Sharpton to win or that the connection discredits Roger Stone any more than he already is discredited.

He is correct about this. President Trump has left hundreds of Obama political appointees in their jobs and did not even remove some of the most reviled like John Koskinen. He could have fired Comey early, but now is completely checkmated by the DOJ and FBI. He is letting himself be ground down and surrounded. I fear that after Alabama, there will now be a new onslaught of women put up to make accusations and then there will be hearings, etc. I think Ryan and McConnell are just waiting for the right time when they think they can impeach him. The lesson to the uppity base will be to never again challenge the Uniparty and only pick from the approved candidates.
Did we forget that Trump said after taking office that Hillary had suffered enough?

Was about to post the same thing when I read your reply. It will look different than last time. There won’t be front lines, as we all live amongst each other. When the other side decides to return fire, I wouldn’t want to be a judge or politician.

Hmmmm. I guess the farmers and tradesmen in 1775 and 1776 didn’t get the message, because they rebelled over far less oppression than what we are living with now.
