I believe he already said he would veto. He’s very quick with his veto pen.

Wolf is evil. He supports infanticide in every form.

Anyone have insight on whether an override is possible?

Democrat/Republicans Federal Judge slaps this down in 3... 2... 1...

Moloch must be satisfied. The baby murders must continue. Both Republicans and Democrats want it.

How could the governor not sign it? 20 weeks is at the cusp of being able to save preemies--humans by anyone's definition.

It seems like they are about a vote short of overturning his veto in both the house and Senate. Hopefully, they can get momentum to overturn his veto. Of course he could hold off on vetoing it until the end of the year and they will have to take it up next year, but it obviously has momentum with that many votes.

There are probably Dems that don’t want to embarrass their governor, but they will have to go back to their districts. Pennsylvania is very conservative socially, very anti abortion and very pro-gun. We have the second largest NRA membership (Texas is first) in the nation. Even the Dems in this state are pro gun and anti abortion, that is until they run nationally like Senator (I run on my father’s coattails) Casey. His Dad at least stood for his values, he was not allowed to speak at the Dem convention in the 90’s because of his anti abortion stance.

It makes sense. I don’t subscribe to the “women using birth control are murdering babies” crowd. And late term abortions are frankly appaling. So 20 weeks sounds about right.

Tough to negotiate this minefield.
