Yeah, the problem was obvious - AL-Gop thought this was in the bag and probably did no GOTV. Just a couple days of door knocking and they would have gotten the amount to make up the loss.
This is the lesson that needs to be learned.
Even if you’re up by 20, you should always GOTV. If only to stay in practice doing it and to further discourage the opposition the next time.
