Agreed

With less than 1% of the vote difference he should be able to demand a recount.

And there will be absentee votes to count.

I doubt the vote will be final for a couple weeks.

It’s important to remember that close to 25% of eligible voters in Alabama are Black.

Also, voter turn out appears to be quite low - possibly less than 40%.

It's Sean Hannity's fault.

Hannity asked Moore straight up if he was banging teens back in the 70s and Moore hemmed and hawed just enough to make voters consider the possibility that these allegations might be true.

At that point he lost all the moderate Republicans who were previously willing to hold their nose and vote for him. Democrats smelled blood in the water and flooded Alabama with money.

I'm not going to blame Hannity though. He probably never thought when asking Moore this question that his answer would've been anything but a quick, authoritative "NO!"

Look, it’s not an all or none game. You still have a vote, use it. We will not win all battles, that is the nature of politics. We are far better off then we were last year at this time, and exponentially better off then if hillary had won. We are moving the ball in the right direction, take hope in that.

Moore is not a flawed candidate. The lamestream, lying media made him look like a flawed candidate by digging up false accusations.

Did you really believe them about someone who fought to keep the Ten Commandments posted in a monument?

Moore is completely innocent.

I think white women abandoned Moore and sealed his fate.

“If Roy Moore loses this election we can blame conservative who fell for the lies of the Wash Post and Trump “

I vehemently disagree. Trump is NOT TO BLAME! Remember Trump saying in the primary “you need to pick someone who can win”? Trump meant win in tonight’s election.

Trump was the winner, not Bannon. People should have listened to the winner. Instead too many people listened to Bannon instead of Trump.

At some point we are going to have to realize that the GOP is not a serious party.

When you have one senator saying he’s going to write in someone and another donating to the democrat, we don’t have any sort of team or mechanism to defeat the left.

They are all the left.

I get the feeling that the GOP is going to be decimated soon.

Bears repeating. The comments from Shelby this weekend likely cost the election in the closing phase. Moore had the lead and the GOPe took one more swing for the knockdown. They are not on our side. We needed that 52nd seat badly.

President Trump handled this as well as he could.

Trump did not know Moore. He could not have known immediately that the 40 year old charges were totally false.

Trump courageously backed Moore despite the entire Republican Party working to defeat Moore.

Sen Shelby told the media that Moore was not fit for the Senate the day before the election.

Republican politicians from throughout the South went to the media and attacked Moore.

I knew little about Moore. But once I realized the charges were false I supported him.

Then why the hell did he campaign halfheartedly in Florida for him?

Wake up. Trump screwed the pooch. We defended him, but he took to long and his defense was too weak in defending Moore.

Trump could have carried him to a win. but he cared more about appeasing the establishment now that he is President.

The mistake was moving Sessions to DOJ.

><

It certainly was unless he is actually doing a lot of good behind the scenes.

Bingo. Maybe it will finally wake him up, but I doubt it.

Come on man THINK! Trump backed Strange in the primary saying “you have to pick a winner”.

That wasn’t Moore was it?

And now you want to blame Trump? That’s idiotic.
