Has anyone ever obtained consent to go to second base?

Once, but that was because I complained her bra fastener wouldn’t come off....
Traditionally, lack of serious objection was taken as consent.
No, never. Ever. And if I tried to put my hand somewhere the girl didn’t want it and she pushed it away, that was it.
I know all guys aren’t like that, but I wasn’t going to ASK for permission, and I didn’t know any girls who GAVE permission, which only left one alternative, and that was to try.
I assume it would have been just as difficult for a girl to offer as it would have been for me to ask.

Um... No
But I might just hold the record for taking the LONGEST time to get there.
