Lousy article I agree but the reason should be obvious,
Open the door to cheating then don’t save the records
Close the door to cheating and save the records.
Seems pretty straight forward.
Saving snapshots of digital ballots. Did they also snapshot every mailed in absentee ballot (which put Jones over the top)?
