would that not have been the case regardless?
getting out our vote is crucial in every election these days.
I believe that the Moore accusations work to energize the deplorables and counteract the charter buses.

Where are these charter buses coming from? Buses are more likely to be used
during early voting were multiple precints can be voted from a single location.
Buses on election day aren’t that useful except for voters from a single location
like nursing homes, retirement centers, etc.
