If, as a parent, I cosign a loan, I am responsible for the money if my kid doesn’t pay.
If, as a member, I sponsor my friend for my country club, I am subject to expulsion if he turns out to be a jerk.
If an immigrant sponsors a family member through Chain Migration, shouldn’t he be deported if the family member turns out to be a terrorist?
