If he refuses to sign on, he blows up the Congressional Republican consensus.
He will sign with this provision. And it will doubly screw everyone facing a tax increase.
And kill GOP chances in the 2018 elections. Maybe even his own reelection in 2020.
The President is not going to fix this and we have not seen the end of this yet. He will have to veto it.
I believe we will see more deal making, like the Louisiana Purchase and such to get the bill finally passed at 11:59pm Christmas Eve.
Not to worry though, the illegals, gays and terrorists will be represented and taken very good care of and all slush fund Christmas stockings will be filled to bursting just in time for Christmas break.
