Bredesen saved Tennessee from the TennCare debacle. He was a more fiscally conservative governor than his Republican predecessor, and he didn’t push a radical agenda, so he is remembered as a solid governor. Depending on his opponent, he might have a shot. It’s been a while and we are in the era of Trump so I’m doubting he can win. However, I’d hang the Clinton, Pelosi, Obama and Schumer around his neck just to make sure.

Exactly. He is a well-respected and formidable opponent. Certainly, he was more Conservative than either of the current Senators TN has now. (I rue the day that Alexander shook my hand asking me for my vote and claiming to be a Conservative.). Marsha will beat the Gov, but I’m not so sure about others.
