Six women who worked in the office of Judge Alex Kozinski, a member of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, have accused him of sexual misconduct, according to a report published Friday evening.
Two women spoke on the record with the Washington Post, while the four others would not allow their names to be shared.
One of the women, Heidi Bond, said the judge showed her porn on multiple occasions, including pictures of naked college-aged students at a party and a flipbook which a woman's naked body parts had to be matched up to the corresponding bodies. She said she worked as a clerk for Kozinski from 2006 to 2007.

Clinton nominee? The article doesn’t say. You can’t tell if he’s one of the few right to moderate judges on that circuit.
If proven does he have to resign? That would be good. Trump would pick his replacement. Do the others on that court have any women on the side? I hope they speak up if so.

Hmmm...it doesn't sound like he said "I denounce these scurrilous charges. I didn't do it."
In 2008, The Los Angeles Times revealed Kozinski "maintained a publicly accessible website featuring sexually explicit photos and videos." Kozinski had collected a "vast" number of images sent to him via e-mail over many years and retained them on a personal web server in his home. Only a "small fraction" of the images were offensive. Kozinski believed that only invited friends and family were able to view the image directory. Nonetheless, he called for an ethics investigation of himself.
In July 2009, a panel headed by Judge Anthony Scirica wrote that Kozinski should have administered his web server more carefully, but Kozinski's apology and deletion of the web site "properly conclude" the matter.

Even though my mind is pretty much made up about this justice, and there is a part of me that wants to see him humiliated and ruined, He still deserves his day in Court and the Due Process of Law. And as long as that Court isn’t the 9th.
Well that sucks. I thought we’d be able to move the court a little more to the mainstream if he was removed. Now I get why the Washington post and the liberal media are running with this story so hard.

Sadly we have reached the point where bawdy conversations are off limits even among consenting adults.
As we watch it before our eyes it is the latest liberal assault on conservatism, and they are sacrificing their own to make it stick. We shouldn't fall for it.

Who cares if the others actually have women on the side. The current conditions don’t require evidence, they only require accusation. It’s time for conservative women to come forward with the fake accusations too. Prune this circuit and give DJT a chance to normalize this Court.
I am amazed as I have known few women in my long life who were sexually harassed but now it would appear the majority claim such. Reminds me of the 1980’s daycare fiasco where so many jumped on the bandwagon claiming sexual abuse in their child’s daycare and psychologists “assisted” memories in children.
I have no doubt there are and were true cases with those dayscares and with the women today, but I question the true number of incidences.
