Is he a fisa court judge?

He may be after this.

Gateway Pundit had a story recently that because the prosecution withheld evidence the plea could possibly be set aside and the case dismissed.

Prosecutors that hid the evidence could also be disbarred.

Judge knowing all that has a duty to notify the bar association.

Also, ANY citizen can do a bar complaint if they even read in the newspaper about a lawyer committing an illegality. Don’t have to be a party to the suit or even live in that state.

iirc, it was posted last night that he was a FISA judge that may have signed off on the “wire tap” that implicated flynn having a conversation with the russian ambassador.
